It's a "violation of the cannabis act".
"5 rooms" that were 50,000sqft each. That is 250,000sqft of illegal growing.
Question. If you and I opened a company and we grew illegally in 250,000sqft and then got caught, would we be treated as "just some rooms"?
HC has only 1 choice here. This is a violation of the highest level.
Exactly! People trying to brush this off as a - just fix it, slap on the wrist and move on - are completely delusional. Two large facilities both found to be non-compliant. Upper management, middle management, entry level employees were all involved - CEO knew, Chairman knew, Nick Lalonde (28 year kid) knew - so basically EVERYONE knew. There is guilt throughout the entire company. This is exactly what HC is there to enforce. The punishment is clearly going to be as harsh as possible. Otherwise it sets a weak precedent for the rest of the industry.
Blind gamblers with no sense of risk.
Suspension is around the corner. There is no alternative.
In fact, they are technically already partially suspended but spinning that they have live rooms still aren't suspended.
Gamblers will learn soon. Somebody will be left holding their bags in their hands, and wondering why Aphria didn't bail them out..... lol dreams....
Anyways, this has been on long enough that anyone with a clear understanding of risk has bounced and now all the thirsty greedy gamblers are trying to turn it into the next 300% gainers meanwhile they miss the real gains in the markets....
So many opportunities out there to net the gains they seek with way less risk.
Enjoy folks! You've been warned by people with heads on their shoulders and refuse to accept the reality... Please take pictures of that dumb look on your face when you have to tell your wife you lost "$X". We can make an instagram page of it.
