Buyers are most likely just arbs buying this for 41.5 cents which is a simple 3.6% return, but depending on how long this takes it could be an annualized return closer to 15%, with a free option if another bidder steps in.  

Kayal, Rumble and the board should be sued for negligence and misleading investors.
