This has been the same argument for some time,and a settlement in our favour with Stans is not going to change it over night,how the settlement is reached is the important factor as in the past they have regected the rulings,a rejection again will tell the investing community nothing has changed,let us wait for the response,but i still feel this is a sell the news trade but i would welcome a surprise,being as poor as they are they are likely to challenge again
