A few thoughts

I agree that Kaya Inc. seems to be the target company. 

I'm speculating but it makes sense that they would want to bring the Kaya brand to Canada (and I assume eventually to the USA) and that this new and improved Kaya brand will be a lot more than a simple cannabis producer. The current Kaya brand is wellness/lifestyle focused, which is in line with Alan Gertner's personal design/business philosophy. I could see this brand really taking off if the right moves are made. I'm confident that these guys know what they're doing and this isn't just a get rich(er) quick scheme. They want to build something special here. LLO is just the first step. I imagine that one day these will be KAYA shares. But what do I know, I'm just a lowly bullboard poster who has a powerful intuition and strong analytical skills. Just another young guy trying to make enough money to buy a little house, escape the rat race, and live a simple life. I don't need much. I just want to a little piece of land somewhere in the mountains of BC. I've put my money where my mouth is and now I play the waiting game. 

Big respect to everyone with the guts to chase their dreams.

Alan and co. are dreamers. I tip my hat to them.
