RE:I can imagine how pissed some investors must feel.So why do you predict this will not get back to $3? Also do you not understand that those who bought in the private placement can rally this any time they want? You had to be an accredited investor to take part in the PP so none of it was retail. If they locked up 14 million at $1.25 don't you think they will protect that by buying on the open market? Spend 1 million to protect 14. Pretty easy to see that anything under $1.25 is a steal. It will be well above that point by the time their shares unlock.

Also have you not done your DD to understand that Australis has mentioned on many occasions that they intend on owning Body and Mind out right? There is money to be made in a buyout premium.
