Time for some fresh management?

Time for some fresh management?
Haile has been a massive fail in operations & is now turining into a money pit.  Resource is great but the operating management can't get their act together.  Throwing money at a plant design problem to no benefit while the pits stay under water.
The Didipio jewel in the AISC crown is dying due to failure to engage in a developing country environment with the stakeholders and Chinese scavengers waiting in the wings to steal it away.

Waihi is a tired asset close to closure with pie in the sky plans to extend life that will be blocked by permiting resrtiction by the active Geen lobby in NZ
Macraes was a tier one but a bit similar to Waihi will fade away under the current anti mining NZ government as reserves deplete but cost spiral
A sad case of weak management asleep at the wheel.
Time for Change?
