One advice, change your chart. ;) You people here are like in a cult. You said six months ago it would quickly go to $2.00. Read yourself. People need to relax? Why would people need to relax? For a variation of a few cents? Of course it is up, these are normal fluctuations after the trip to Germany. It is still 35% down since 6 months ago.
