Condensate percentage of production is growing. Condensate differential widened for one fourth quarter as refinery downtime dragged on. Production improvements continue with no end in sight. Cash flow growing faster than debt leading to better debt ratios. Minimal long term AECO exposure and strong condensate market ensure a decent future. Delphi Energy is primarily a gas producer that is emphasizing more condensate production in a surprisingly strong condensate market. While much of Canada is focused on the challenges of the thermal producers, the condensate market is surprisingly strong due to a market shortage (and hence the need for imports).
