I agree with you, a takeover would be unlikely now given that there are no less that 12 class action lawsuits pending.  Granted some will just dissapear but that number will certainly dissuade potential buyers (at least it would me).  It was interesting to see that adminstrative expenses went UP 17% for Q3 2019....not sure whether that is dues to pay raises and bonuses or if it was due to their expansions...probably a bit of both.

At any rate I am not a buyer even at these levels until some of the dust clears.

My only wish is that all these lawsuits go after some of those responsible personally rather than just the company.  When the company gets hit...we all suffer (we at least the shareholders suffer)

Tomorrow will, indeed, be an interesting day.
