oopsed, confused myself.  thought Grimaldi was the chocolate guy but it seems that he is a highly skilled businessman with a lot of successes in North America and most interesting is that he is highly skilled at M and A.  Grimaldi chocolates was Jim Fraziers deal.  Maybe Mr. Grimaldi can bring some commonsense and organization to this mishmash we call Nutritional High and help management to quit spinnin' its wheels and burning through cash.  Or maybe he can hook us up with a buyer that can get some traction for shareholders.  EAT is in a race with itself to show some profit before it loses its ability to raise cash.  glta and dyodd
