Market Call

Market CallChristine Poole was just on M. C. and was asked about ALA. What I find interesting is that she was until now quite negative about ALA indicating they thought previously there was more growth elsewhere etc and problems with balance sheet   etc. etc.
Thi stime howeve r she made a point of saying that ALA really had and was dealing with the balance sheet issues and she viewed it as an income play - She wa sneutral and simply indicatre dthat their firm had other income generators and not ALA.

So it was noteworthy that she has changed her stance to a neutral one from quite negative previously  while at th esame time other analysts continue to up their price targets.   National to 25 and Morningstar recently above 26 - although their methodology moves their fair market value around frequently.

After the fourth quarter  and any dividend increase I expect we will begin to see more analysts moving to buy recommendations.  Happy to be ahead of the curve this time...
