RE:RE:Dividend cut with financials?

RE:RE:Dividend cut with financials?yeah class action law suits where the lawyers walk away with large sums and the plantiffs end up with peanuts on the dollar on hypothetical losses.  If any of these actions actually proceed then the shareholders will take another hit from potential payouts.  I wonder if shareholders can launch a class action lawsuit against the lawyers for frivolous or sleazy litigation that is in the interest of lawyers and not the shareholders.

It would be nice if JE clarified the reason for the impairments and whether the incremental impairment is a provision for a potential cost or if there is no hope of collecting on these amounts and these are a complete writeoffs?  Is the "updating its provisioning methodology" just a setting aside of more for potential writeoffs or has the amount already been written off?  Also this is just for the residential accounts so does this have to do with recent weather events or just delinquent customers?  A few of the questions that should be answered by JE BOD.
