RE:RE:MD&A is scary..Below is exerpts from i page of 3 pages of cautionary notices in their MD&A posted on the Canadian side of Stockwatch.com but not on the American side. Seems you have to be a subscriber to get the info. There are about 25 more cautions not represented here. Seems that they are being thoroughly informative about the risk of the venture - probably as a caution against possible future lawsuits if things don't work out. Law-firm instigated suits against any companies whose managements don't thoroughly inform their shareholders or who simply make errors in judgement is a huge business in the US recently so I suppose these guys are just covering their butts. They are just saying that it is possible that things won't pan out - not that they likely won't.
