RE:RE:RE:MD&A is scary..And speaking of lawsuits - I see that pesky Victor Diaz filed a notice of appeal in June even though his suit has been dismissed twice already. Probably his lawyers hanging in for a settlement.

BTW in that suit Anglo American indicated it spent $541 million on the project. Would such an experienced mega-corporation hang in for that kind of expenditure without beleiving the project was in itself viable? They would have assessed its potential before they spent their first million. It's obvious it was the permitting and not the mine's viablity (eg. grade of the mineral reserves) that was the problem.
