RE:Strong BuyIirc, veresen deal was at 13 ebitda with a 22% premium. A 22% premium would be $30, which is 13x EBITDA + a $1.2B premium for Heartland (above the $1.6B incurred). Seems reasonable to me. Still think its PPL (Cibc advised PPL on Veresen).
