RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Circling the wagons...Thanks Standfir - a bit more background on the fairness opinion is good, had not seen there was a relationship there.  I would offer, probably not a Judge's job to judge valuation, but background on the opinion is helpful, and if Companies are related, not good!
My assumptions were around Core raising some money (not a take-out.  Was working on the assumption all a bit early stage for a miner to take over) If an offer at a premium from a miner comes first, then as a new buyer I will have missed the boat!

it is in a placement where I see a window to potentially buy in?   So for now though - still think the valuation here is too high to jump on board...  C$10.8 for $14M cash only financing is a bit low of a valuation, but close to where i would peg it.

You assume to much if implying I represent anyone - just looking for punts in the 2 to 5 bagger range, and trying to gauge an entry point in a stock charting a downward long term trend into a rising gold price.   People are key, and it sounds like shareholders are not happy with this board, so probably move on.
Thanks again for the dialogue and good luck to all the passionate long term holders here!  I'm sure a big company with your best interests at heart is just around the corner!
