Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. Financing.....what's left?

So thr "rumor" is the PP is filled. If so then it looks like it's just a matter of starting to treat patients and get some results in. I would imagine that even at this pace that by the end of the year there should be some 3 month data. They need to spend the acquired funds wisely!! If they don't it would tarnish any future PP IMO.

Couldn't they put out news that the PP is filled even before the closing date?

Patiently waiting for something to happen.
