PODA Shares

Poda shares held in Registered accounts are creating an issue with CRA as they are, at present non tradeable.
I have received letters from Scotia iTrade advising me of CRA's position.
Invictus Management need to address this issue. Are they in control of PODA????. and in a position to rectify the situation.
Comment on this issue would be welcomed by many shareholders who happened to end up with PODA shares in Registered accounts as a result of Invictus shares in Registered accounts when the spinout occurred.
