You are spot on re your assessment of Pallinghurst.
I hardly think that they are stupid either.

That is why we can predict that they will look into 
every closet, every detail to justify paying a lower price
or to justify paying the same price and getting a bigger
share of the pot.  That is the job of their employees

It is not a charity organization.

I am not predicting what will happen.  I do not know.

What I am saying is that, if the share price in 20 cents
for example, then an investor  will want to pay a price
of 20 cents or less.

If there is a rival bidder then everything changes

We can now be fairly certain of a severe recession 
very soon.  Negative growth in UK and now Germany.
China is tanking and Japan is always in the doldrums.

Growth in the USA is tumbling down.
