RE:RE:Infraction LoL well you got my vote for someone with their head on correctly.
Process to "fix" this.
1) Fire everyone, especially the QA team
2) Hire new QA and run credientials past Health Canada for approval
3) Have new QA develop new SOPs for everything, writing over 200 of them.
4) Fire regulatory team (if there even is one)
5) Hire new regulatory team - have then advice on every part of the business
6) Have new regulatory team amend the applications for new areas and their use.
7) Have the regulatory team and the QA team work on SOPs for those new areas.
8) Make submissions through the CTLS.
9) Wait. like months.
That is JUST to "fix" the Vaughn issue as it relates to the use of unauthorized rooms.
Don't even get me started on how to "fix" all things CannTrust.
Step One - Fire everyone including the board and the special committee.
Step Two - transfer all Executive level duties to a legal team as the Interim executive board on behalf of the Shareholders.
Step Three - rebuild everything.
Timeline - Over a year.

Easy fix at Vaughn as most of the infraction was using unlicensed storage rooms ...
There must be a ton of very young people on this board. The justification for violating regulations, denial, and thinking its not a big deal is ridiculous.
Its not how how easy it is to fix the infraction - it’s the intent to blatantly ignore regulations and commit an illegal act. This was not a matter of negligence, it has already been determined that there was clear intent established.
Its an easy fix to rectify insider trading too - just give the money back......
