RE:Delta 9 needs external IROnce they get uplisted to the TSX then institutional investors will quickly pile in to get in early on the inevitable fast growth of Delta 9.  They have several revenue streams and are expanding across Canada, the USA and the rest of the world.  They are even making money from their patented POD growing system, this is the best way for growers to prevent infestations from ruining their crops.  Investment houses love this kind of risk mitigation.  Just recently PC leader Ander Sheer announced he would not overturn legaliztion if elected (https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/scheer-says-a-conservative-government-would-keep-pot-legal-support-pot-pardons-1.4485836 )  Thus removing one more piece of risk.  High growth, low risk and trading on the big board - the holy trinity of investment firms.
