TIC TOC.... the mouse and the clock....

TIC TOC.... the mouse and the clock....Here is the skinny, I chatted with two close friends of mine, one a CA/CFA that only works on shells ( TSX vs CSE ), the other a very senior persson with GMP, here is what may happen..... but the rules on the CSE may be a bit different, but would be a shame to see a shell with 8M shares out of which 4M are escrowed and $670,000.00 in cash go to waste....so this is a big gamble,

But here is a group of arogant iindividuals arouund this deal, they never return phone calls....hoping this does not speak volumes......

So the question, are they idiots, fools or know something we do not!

"Cpc's only need to get a deal done within 2 years. Shells with a ".p". They get suspended. The directors have to cancel half of their stock, and then they can get listed on the NEX with a ".h"

The CSE, follows a lot of TSX rules....

any further comments?
