Hi John, Thanks for your interesting article. Several major mines, i.e. Deziwa, Mutoshi, and RTR in DRC are scheduled to ramp up over the next 18 months. Do you know their targetted volumes? I did some search and got the following information: 14k (phase 1) to 20k (phase 2) tonnes for RTR, 16k tonnes (?) for Mutoshi and 8k tonnes (?) for Deziwa. Also, if the cobalt price increases to $50k-60k USD per tonne, the artisanal mining is going to have a significant increase again. All above seem to be able to cover the cobalt shortfall from the closure of Mutanda by the year end, however at much higher cobalt price than the current level. The key question is how accurate is the supply estimation from Darton Commodities?
