Have voted For. Not greedy. 18.00 is a nice and fair yield. Should another offer appear...I will then re assess. Bottom line, the holders of record date control the direction of at the meeting . New buyers after record date control the vote should a NO vote succeeds(with no other bid). Again, happy with 18.00 and walking away. Anything more in a special bonus.
