I'll guarantee someone within Invictus reads this board.
The company now belongs to Dixon and just a few other competent individuals.
Under the previous 2 leaders, a ton of mistakes were obviously made.
Since Dixon took over he hasn't wasted much time cleaning up the train wreck.
Give him credit. He has a lot of money at stake and will do whatever it takes to get this company back on track. 
He resigned from the board for a reason.Fortunately, he won the power struggle.
Let's see where these guys go. No question that the clock is ticking.
