It doesn't matter if the delay is from a contractor, or utility - contingencies should have been covered in their contract. Sunniva was supposed to onboard genetic material in Q3 2018, now it's early 2020. They blew it just like they did the Canopy contract. There was no chance at all Sunniva could receive a licence before the contract expired, especially for a facility that wasn't even financed. So Leith wanted to get below 10% so he could ostensibly travel to the US? US Customs doesn't care that he is no longer an insider. Needs money to live? His equity is worth millions! Having 10% ownership prevented him from what opportunities? Give me a break...
