These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:What a GONG Show.....lolyou hope that CATALYST will get the full 10%??? i dare say with the spread right now there will be a whole bunch of short term traders that have tendered.--- i say 2x maybe even 3x OVERSUBSCRIBED??? shares currently trading at $9.26.....just feels so engineered to me. As i said for record...still have a few shares after selling into BAKER's initial offer and seeing this as a shortterm value play (and hopefully not a trap).. Anyways, FRIDAY 5 pm last call for CATALYST...me i'm still not tendering...dwdc
