find a buyer? LOL

find a buyer? LOLyep.... do you  know their asset retirement oblig are over $60Milliom dollas... sixty million... and they are adding cause they do next to nothing work on that, they have given up.... but to find a buyer.... to take on this $60 mill... and pay YOU...LOL   oh wait... the biggest problem is they will not be allowed to sell anything... UNTIL... yes rad10... they can not sell unless they obtain some get out ofjail free car, for their liabilty rating... which is 50% below what the regs require for tansfer of sale or purchase.... and to get some waver
in these times of these orphan wells being dumped.... not likely they get it, but maybe... they would need it... I think..
