CEO and Conflict of Interest....

CEO and Conflict of Interest....How can the CEO represent the best interest of the shareholders and his own interest at the same time.....answer....he can't

He should step down in his role...once he declared his private intention and interest...now...all he has to do to get his price of $9.45 or lower is to make more bad decisions on the company and erode even more value...the arms length special committee is a joke and controlled by Baker

I agree with another poster that commented that they are waiting for September and dragging things on and on so they can say to shareholders.....you see how bad things have gotten and point out how lucky we are to have a savior like Baker to help us all out.

Corruption and greed is everywhere in the market ....really unfair how these guys get away with this stuff....the regulator boards need to have more teeth in Canada to stop these guys....
