Personally, I think we've reversed and are on our way back. Investors/speculators are becoming more aware of the area plays to GBR's Dixie property as well, and there's two that pretty much have all the contiguous ground to GBR...BTU has the largest land package (see my summary below with grades in the title). Message me if you'd like the other.
A pected I listened to recently discussed the Dixie area plays and the immense potential if investors start flocking in. He compared it to Hemlo, Eskay Creek, etc. where the area plays increased 5-10 fold without even doing any work.
I'm not suggesting that kind of return, but there's no doubt that GBR's Dixie deposits ar the real deal and will see years and thousands of meters of drilling. Those with an ideal opportunity to enjoy success as well will be the contiguous plays in which the structures and rocks trend onto their land...properties like BTU's Dixie Halo.
