It does not make any sense Omni announces something that was isgned July 26th. My guess is the rules pertaining to timely disclosure do not apply to Omni and KR.

What I see happening is fees paid to KR for his role in the RTO. He got paid $168,000 for his stellar work in negotiating the Purekana deal.

Checkout "Delrey Metals" and the fees paid to a company called "Omni-8"...coincidence? Morgan Good as I am told, is a pal of KR from their ALQ days.
