CE provides specialty waste processing, treatment, recycling and beneficial reuse solutions for customers in the industrial, retail, healthcare and construction industries across a variety of waste needs, including hazardous, non-hazardous and contaminated soils and dredged materials. Rail is a provider of highly engineered maintenance equipment, after-market parts and safety and diagnostic systems and contracting solutions, which support railroad and transit customers. It operates in more than 150 locations in over 30 countries.

Slight improvement on the Level 2

For the first time in a long time, people are coming up in Bids, rather than lowering their Ask. Need to flush the remaining half a million shares or so then things open up. Hopefully we will soon be out of what has been the worst downtrend I have ever endured. Still very confident overall.

Bids 141k at 5 cents versus Ask 205000 at 5.5 cents
244000 at .045 versus 170000 at 6 cents
530000 at 4 cents versus 95000 at 7 cents
613000 at 3.5 cents versus 19000 at 8 cents

Significantly thinner Ask than we have had for a long time.
