RE:BASED ON THE UPDATE, ANYONE THINKS HC IS GIVING TRST TIME TO#FALSE - Health Canada doesn't discuss with the company because it is in the middle of reviewing the documents provided. This is an active case, there is no communication on the matter until the final decision. Meanwhile the lower level agents are engaging with the cultivation team to ensure they are aware of every single day's activities.
This is how the process works. If you are involved in a court case personally that takes months to unfold, you do not have the opportunity to contact the judge on any day you please to just talk about things. That's not how process works.
They take approximately 4-8wks to review the information and make a decision. Today marks 4wks. We have now entered the beginning timeframe for an answer. I am predicting August 30th end of day Friday.
On the CannTrust side - all I see is months and months of retooling departments to become compliant again. This is a year long mission.
