RE:The chinese now own the Ivanhoe assets and business...withFriedland has used Chinese and Japanese money to move this fantastic exploration project into a very real multi pronged development stage company. He has done this without debt by partnering with countries and their companies who can see the need for copper( Kamoa-Kakula), Platinum, Palladium (Platreef) and Zinc (Kipushi). You will note thast the latest investments were made at a significant premium over the spot price of the shares and with a standstill agreemant to limit any of the partners from increasing their prercentage ownership. He has protected the minority shareholders from further dilution, has assured construction of Kamoa, Kakula  and has sufficient working cash to continue exploring. I do not know when the market will start to see the real value of this company but I am sure that somewhere along the line it will happen. As far as Friedland losing control-all of the recent moves as to capital deployment came from Friedland and to me every penny spent has been well spent-so why would the new partners interfere?
