Yes SGordon,Thanks,That is a very good idea.   Like Titanium Joe said, let's keep Mr.Alnaimi in the spotlight .

I received an email today from Mr.Eric Tadros,PWC, regarding my inquiry;
I asked - Does Mr.Alnaimi have the option of restructuring rather than auctioning Argex''s assets.

His response was : Whether or not there will be an auction will depend on what offers(if any) we received by August 21st.

Whatever the outcome is - it will require court approval.
