Why this falling?

I would not be surprise to see a financing. Issuing 30M-40M share at $0.85 to reduce the debt. The idea is good but the timing is really bad. In the middle of a turnaround. Wait 3-6 months and the sp will have been $1.50+

On a different topic, I hope the Zucher selling was not driving by insider information.
