RE:RE:RE:Offering extended or closed?1. It's not a private placement, it's a regular stock unit issue. 2. People are not shorting because they don't like the company, they are doing it to at worst take a tiny loss on the 0.30 price and get to ride the warrants for free, or book the guaranteed gain on these as they will be listed and move on.
