Anything is possible and you could be right about already getting the green light for the uplisting.You are absolutely correct..our recent past has shown time and time again what would or should have been positive announcements were swallowed up and lost in sector downdraft and seemingly wasted altogether..Holding back for the right time would make sense..Let's hope you are right..glta
