AXMIN Inc. is a Canadian exploration and development company with a focus on Central and West Africa. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has exploration projects in the Central African Republic (CAR) and Senegal. The Company’s primary asset is the Passendro Gold Project situated in the CAR. It holds a 100% interest in the Bambari properties, which consists of a mining license (355 square kilometers) and two exploration licenses, Bambari 1 and 2 (1,240 square kilometers). The Passendro Gold Project is situated in the center of the mining license, which is ring-fenced by the two Bambari exploration licenses. The Company, through its joint venture partner and manager, Sabodala Mining Company SARL (SMC) owns approximately 20% interest in Sounkounkou, Heremokono and Sabodala NW exploration licenses (the Project) located in the Birimian belt of eastern Senegal. The Company's subsidiaries include AXMIN Limited (BVI), Aurafrique SARL (CAR), SOMIO Toungou SA (CAR), and others.

Future News vs. Past News

My group acquires AXM for the future news that is currently being formulated, mainly regarding security of our specific region, & the Joint Venture Agreement. We dont need to be continually reminded CAR has been unstable in the past...That is obvious...That barely counts as "news" at this point. We have also read into a large amount of reports regarding the Russian intent within CAR. By trying to not take anything out of context, we see many of the more notable reports indicate the Russian intent is to "explore and discover", however some other articles like to escalate the context to something more...We'll let you be your own judge on that of course. Look for JV partner and "feet on ground" news coming up. We dont try to guess exactly when, because the board of directors likely dominates most of our understanding of the timing and scope of required activities. As continued shareholders we've learned to trust the AXM team. They have proven to serve our accounts very well, and at the proper time, they will take us with them to the next level...as they always have. We invite you to get (more) AXM into your holdings before this scenario starts. We are looking to the fast coming quarterly release for something substantial. Very lucrative news to come, regardless of exact timing.
