Complaint template?

Can one of you well spoken people provide a complaint template letter that we could all use to complain to CSA/OSC about LDS propsed share consolidation! Something with details outlining why we think they should stop this action, that we could all copy and put our own names on. Would be quite helpful and we could all send before Monday morning maybe?
