RE:RE:I was worried about you VD :-))First thanks for your info VD I will make it req'd reading. BTW despite Friday's pullback below $60 CAD it seems to me that overall the Goodship Lollipop ie KL is heading in the right direction.
GB52. -- AISC includes production taxes and royalties that are non profit based but not corporate income taxes, once a profit is made.
in both Canada and Australia corporate income taxes will take a bite this applies to any corporation in any industry, it means KL will not get to keep all of their untaxed earnings so then if income taxes are included in the calc. before annual earnings are reported Then my earnings estimate would go down abt 30% . P/E ratio being the same As far as I can see this reduces the projected share price to about $93 CAD or $70 US. thanks for pointing that out.
Also taxes need to be watched closely. Victoria State Australia as you know will be adding a 2.75% production tax similar to what already applies in Northern Territories Aus. starting Jan.1 2020 and if general corp. tax revenues begin to fall off we can expect more tax increases on the PM sector as governments worldwide get desperate for any revenue sources to try to compensate for ballooning deficits.
In the words of the late GH
Let me tell you how it will be.
There's one for you nineteen for me.
.....
Don't ask me what I want it for
If you don't want to pay some more.
Cause I'm the taxman !
