I have also accessed all of the court cases JRL has been involved in, in Chile for many years. All the information MT has given you in the last post is factual and available on the PODER JUDICIAL website of CHILE.
If JRL knew about this, would he have have lied by omission on the instances that he did? Did he think he was getting away with it? Was he not aware all of this information was accessible and in the public domain. Ignorance is not a useful argument when due diligence should have and could have easily been completed.
The problem as I stated before ...is two wrongs don’t make a right. For all all the ways Barrick is alleged to have committed fraud in Chile...Is JRL any better for lying by omission to BJ and MSX shareholders? Did he manifest half truths in order to keep his gravy train delivering?
I for one have had enough of the sanctimonious bull coming from JRL. He may have had half a truthful leg to stand on many years ago...but he himself shot it out from under him.
Is he now not swimming in the same cesspool as Barrick for all the damage he has done?
