Re: Holders of CNSNF...

Re: Holders of CNSNF...See the exchange below regarding listing of HighGold on the OTC, denominated in $USD. A listing may happen sooner if holders of CNSNF ask their brokers about it.

@caminante Mr. Coffin, Unfortunately there may be an IRS problem here. I hold Constantine CNSNF in a ROTH account. I believe there's a restriction against holding foreign securities in this account. To avoid problems, I must own foreign stocks under symbols accepted in the U.S.A. Constantine, CNSNF, is fine. HighGold must have a similar symbol for U.S.A. investors. Or else I and others will have to deal with the IRS---spend hours and days with forms, explanations because Constantine didn't think this out clearly. Please, Mr. Coffin, use your influence to get U.S.A. investors the correct stock symbol. Please. Thank you. God bless you for helping.

@ynottho Yes, HighGold will likely trade on the OTCQX. They've applied for an exemption (as the company from the get go will not meet all the requirements) so its not 100% yet but recognise the need to make it easy for US investors.

@HRA-Coffin I don't know the US system as well as the Canadian one but I understand that if enough of you pester you're broker one of their market makers can get a otc symbol fairly fast. I know of several cases where that happened and the company had nothing to do with it, though I agree a QX symbol would be preferable.
