I told you Input would win the decision on appeal.

It didn’t take a genius or an expert in law to know the trial judge was wrong in his decision against Input last year. I tried to reassure people last year and was mocked by haters and simpletons like Regway. Sorry Regway, I’m sure you’re crying in your beer on this one but I tried to tell you this day would come. LOL!!!

And IMO this hurts the class-action suit chances against Input if it’s even still active.

Good job defending yourself Input. It’s unfortunate you had to go the Court of Appeals to get justice. IMO the wrong court decision unnecessarily and unfairly hurt shareholders as well. At least the Court of Appeals got it right.

I hope Input puts out a press release on Monday detailing this and how unfortunate it was that the company and shareholders had to go through this but expressing thanks to the Court of Appeals for its proper ruling.
