RE:There is a lot of validity in this article...Sorry but that isn't correct. Health Canada will not take into account any good will canntrust is doing in the community, or the number of employees it supports or how much tax revenue a community receives. It will review only one thing. Regulatory compliance and the level of infraction vs appropriate action.
