RE:RE:Market Cap - Too LowAlso, you have to be mindful that the presently traded share price is not just a reflection of the present financial book value only. It is the future value of the company that is reflected. If you look at all the patents from the Aralez acquisition you will notice that are only valid for 4 up to about 7 years, not mentioning  the recent loss of Vimovo rights.

My opinion is the only investor that will benefit from NRI is Deerfield (and of course mmg via they options). Deerfield will get back their investment from the Aralez fiasco they were in and some more, even if they have to drain NRI value.
