Listen and read very closely. Companies have 60 days to report quarterly results and most companies use most of those 60 days Q1 ended March 31. And like you said on May 22, 2019, they announced their conference call and Q1 reults to take place 9 days later at the end of May (typical 60 days after Q1 ended). Now Q2 ended June 30th. And here we are on August 19 and they announce their Q2 conference call at the end of the month (60 days after Q2). Here's a heads up....Q3 ends Sept 30th, and sometime in mid/late Oct they will announce a conference call for Q3 on Oct 29 or 30th. You understand how earnings are released and conference calls arranged now?? No conspiracy theory, nothing was wrong. Simple routine for all companies.
