I think they simply looked at their share price after all the great news that has come out since and including the HC approval. If I'm not mistaken, they had a job posting go up for that position, maybe they didnt get any great applicants, and decided to go this route instead. In any event, there are only a handful of us that post on this page, and really don't think they base their business decisions on us or what's said on this board. This was just an easy decision based on the share price history and moving forward. Interesting in came now, 2 weeks prior to their earnings release. Perhaps the lack of increase in share price from the distribution contract was the last straw. Its great to see management has shareholder interests in kind!
