Does anyone know if the class-action was ever certified?

Does anyone know if the class-action was ever certified?Does anyone know if a court certified the class-action lawsuit against Input, meaning has a court allowed a class-action suit to go forward? I ask because last week’s Court of Appeal ruling could keep such a suit from being certified.

I’ll refer you to an article last year from the Western Producer. It was written shortly after the lower court ruled largely against Input, the same ruling the Court of Appeal stated last week was done in error. If Tony Merchant was quoted properly he said, “Input’s contracts are essentially all the same. The class-action judge must or essentially must certify.”

From Merchants’s own words one could argue that Input’s contracts are essentially all the same and the Court of Appeal said at least one of the contacts was fair and legal. Therefore, essentially all of Input’s contracts are fair and legal. Thus the class-action should not be certified. JMHO. Perform your own due diligence and form your own opinion.
