SUGR's retail outlets should be a given........

as long as the AGLC investigation doesn't expose crooks and fraudsters.
AGLC has not set a maximum of retail outlets for the province and continues to review and approve on a first in , first out basis.
So now, it's just a matter of where we are in the pile.
